TreeYoga Tips
• Most TreeYoga exercises can be performed from the ground (Terra Firma) around the trunk of the tree. You don’t need to climb the tree for a complete TreeYoga workout.
• Not intended to be used by children without close adult supervision
• Remove your TreeYoga Multi-Sling (TYMS) from the Tree when not in use
• Use safe techniques and common sense when practicing TreeYoga
• Use only as directed for TreeYoga exercise
• Check with your health care professional to determine if you have any physical limitations that would create a health risk
• No liability or responsibility is assumed by TreeYoga, LLC for any injury incurred as a result
of using the TYMS
TYMS Tips
• Be sure that any support or branch that you select will bear your body weight
• Only attach TYMS by looping the blue Tree Multi-Sling around the support and feeding back through itself. Do NOT attempt to tie a knot to achieve support.
- We recommend attaching the Blue Tree Sling to a low-hanging branch or the trunk, so that the bottom of the padded slings are approximately waist level.
- Sitting in the sling as you would an actual swing and placing your feet against the trunk of the tree is a good place to begin.
- Your TYMS can also be used by standing on the ground, using your slings to assist your balance as the Tree offers both support and stability. The TYMS enables you to use the Tree as your stretching partner.
• Before climbing up in a tree, make sure that you have invested a minimum of 5 hours of using your TYMS from the ground
• Hang out with a buddy when using the TYMS from up in a Tree
• Always check the slings for wear or damage before each use
• Be safe as you enjoy your TreeYoga Multi-Sling (TYMS)
